Sales Item Routines

Sales items are used within the Food & Beverage system as well as Stock items. The reason for this is that items are not sold in the same quantity as stocked. For example: lager is stocked as kegs but sold as pints, therefore the system must have sales items to convert the stock items into units that may be sold. The system can then calculate stock levels, usage levels etc.
