Removing Gratuities

For bills which do not incur Gratuity Charges, (e.g. Directors Dining), the automatic gratuity charge can be disabled.

Open the table in the Point of Sale Screen.

– Transaction View –

Select the ‘Tables’ button

Select ‘Disable Gratuities’

Disable Gratuities Button

The table will now be exempt from incurring Gratuity Charges
