To search for a stock file by Product Description, from the Main Menu: Select Stock Routines, Maintain Stock Items then Create/Amend/Delete Stock Records.

When the Stock File Filter Screen appears, as below, select the tab titled Description.

As you start to enter the Product Description for the item you wish to view, the screen will filter the items out.
