Entry points allow multiply doors to be configured to belong to part of a single access group, which in turn can be allocated to a membership in the ‘Security Groups‘ screen.
This part of the system would be configured during the original installation, and probably remain unchanged, however, you may decide to alter which entry points, i.e. doors should belong to which security group, if for example the purpose of an area changes, at a later stage.
