The Void button has two ways of functioning; it may be used to void the last item entered or the whole transaction. To void the last item entered, press the Void button once.

The transaction screen should now resemble the sample below.

– Void Transaction –

By pressing the Void button for a second time in a row, the system will prompt to clear the entire transaction, as shown below.

– ‘Clear Transaction’ Prompt –

Select Yes to void the entire transaction.
