Maintain Membership Schemes
Membership scheme can be configured for a variety of purposes, they can be used to provide simple discounts, for memberships, or more complex, counting and controls of maximum allowances, i.e. A special membership may only allow the member to play a limited number of rounds during a season.
Scheme’s are usually organised during the installation stage of your ESP system, however, there is access to this area, via the ‘Amend Tables’ menu, once again with it’s very own ‘Choose & Print’ function.
The diagram below shows a ‘Membership Discount Scheme’ – some of the fields are self explanatory, such as ‘Price reduction’ and ‘Valid Days’, if a decision is made to change the percentage discount, then you simply need to amend the ‘Price Reduction’ field in the relevant scheme.
If however, you wish to introduce an entirely new single, or group of schemes, please be aware that the scheme are fully integrated into various components of the system, and therefore we would strongly advise you contact the ‘Sales Department‘ for a quotation on the configuration cost.
